As CEO, Ms. Carolyn B. Jackson holds a masters degree in Health Services Administration, is a Certified Professional Coder with Proficiency in ICD-10-CM with the American Academy of Professional Coders, and holds a degree as a Medical Biller Specialist.
Giving Back To the Community
Mrs. Jackson has more than 30 years experience working in various medical settings and teaches Health Information Technology courses in individual and group settings, She offers internship training for students who have completed Billing and Coding training from accredited schools.

We offer billing and coding opportunities to volunteers and students for them to gain hands on experience.
Medical Billing Service Provided
- Provide training sessions in our office and/or on sites for medical billing, coding, electronic claim submissions and administrative medical assisting.
- Ensure highest coding specification for procedures
- Assist in updating appropriate physicians credentialing for payers
- Follow up on: reject, suspended and pending claims
- Observe HIPAA and COVID-19 protocols and standards
- Participants will have the opportunity to sit for a national certification exam.

BECOME A CERTIFIED CODER
Those who have completed a billing and coding program can be afforded the opportunity to review and sit for the CPC or CCS certification exams (Prices will apply for certification review). A drug test, background check and coding certification verification will be conducted.
